Welcome to Vitalory. Before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Vitalory mobile application (the “App”), please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the App independently.
If you are at least thirteen (13) but under eighteen (18) years of age, you may use the App only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Individuals under thirteen (13) years of age are not permitted to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The App uses your device’s camera and Photoplethysmography (PPG) technology to estimate heart rate and calculate heart rate variability (HRV) metrics.
The App displays numerical measurement data and visual trend charts for informational purposes only.
THE APP AND ALL DATA OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR NON-MEDICAL USE ONLY.
The App does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, health assessments, or treatment recommendations.
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.
All users may access basic features, including a limited number of daily measurements.
